Alongside playful and educational yoga workshops, this retreat will also allow for plenty of down time. You can book a massage, relax by the pool, go for a hike, bike ride or a stroll in the forest. On Sunday, we will bring you to the wonderful St Antonin full village market where you will certainly be able to find unique gifts or goodies to taste.
