We start the season with one of La Roane’s regular yoga teachers – Manouk Tideman. We are so grateful that Manouk asked to come back again to give her very popular yoga teacher training course:
March 10-31 – Yoga Teacher Training with The Yoga Therapy Institute – This course is a 200 hour yoga teacher training course registered with Yoga Alliance. You will be busy learning to become a fully certified yoga teacher with Manouk Tideman and Biddy Messchaert who have years of experience in teaching and training the next generation of yoga students.
We will make sure that you are comfortable and feel fully nourished with healthy vegetarian meals. On Sundays 16 & 23 March, your days off, you will be able to enjoy a visit to the wonderful market in St Antonin and relax in nature or by the pool.
